Please take note of the following steps to submit the scholarship form.

 Step 1: Download the attached scholarship form.

 Step 2: Fill in the details on the downloaded scholarship form. 

 Step 3: Attach all required documents according to the instructions given in the scholarship form.

 Step 4: Scan the complete scholarship form along with all required attachments and make that into a ONE PDF document. The size of the pdf file should     not   exceed 15 MB.

 Step 5: Upload the scanned file after filling in the required fields on this page.

 Step 6: Scans should be clear and readable.
